WONA Concept Introduces a Circular Production System in Partnership with Re:inventex
At WONÁ Concept, craftsmanship has always been about precision, construction, and respect for the product. Today, that philosophy extends beyond the gown itself — into how we approach production, materials, and long-term responsibility.
In partnership with Re:inventex, a company specializing in mechanical textile recovery, WONÁ Concept has implemented a circular production system fully integrated into the brand’s daily operations. The goal is simple: to rethink production leftovers not as waste, but as a valuable resource.

Each month, approximately 500 kg of pre-consumer textile offcuts are collected directly from our production process. Instead of being discarded, these materials undergo mechanical recycling — a water-free and chemical-free process that transforms textiles back into reusable fibers.
These regenerated materials are then reintegrated into new forms of production, extending the lifecycle of fabrics and reducing environmental impact.
Since the implementation of the system:
• 1,726 kg of textile waste have been diverted from landfills
• 103,600 liters of freshwater have been preserved
• 12.1 tons of CO₂ emissions have been avoided
• More than 200 circular products have been created and donated through social initiatives
One of the first initiatives developed within this system became a collaboration with Patron Pet Center in Kyiv. Recycled textile materials from WONÁ Concept production were transformed into pet beds, pillows, and recovery items for rescued animals undergoing treatment and rehabilitation.

For WONÁ Concept, sustainability is not a temporary initiative or marketing direction. It is a long-term operational decision focused on responsible production, European manufacturing standards, and building a more resource-conscious future for bridal fashion.
As the brand continues to grow internationally, circular production remains an important part of how WONÁ Concept defines modern luxury — through quality, longevity, and responsibility at every stage of creation.
