Updated Policy on Dress Alterations and Custom Orders
Dear Client,
We would like to inform you about an update to our policy regarding dress alterations and custom orders.
We are reviewing the number of alterations that can be made to a dress, as well as clarifying which alterations will result in a dress being classified as a custom order.
Effective immediately, any order with four (4) or more qualifying alterations will be considered a custom dress. The price for these orders will be 3× the original dress price.
Please note that minor alterations such as adding a lining, sewing on buttons, or similar finishing adjustments will not be counted toward the total number of alterations.
Examples of alterations that will be counted include(it is only example, as we have a lot of different changes options like custom cup size, additional sleeves and etc.):
- Raising the neckline.
- Closing a front or side slit.
- Closing the back of the dress.
- Changing the waistline to a V-shape.
A dress with these four alterations would be classified as a custom dress and priced accordingly.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions about whether a specific alteration qualifies, please feel free to reach out.
