Updated Policy on Dress Alterations and Custom Orders

Dear Client,

We would like to inform you about an update to our policy regarding dress alterations and custom orders.

We are reviewing the number of alterations that can be made to a dress, as well as clarifying which alterations will result in a dress being classified as a custom order.

Effective immediately, any order with four (4) or more qualifying alterations will be considered a custom dress. The price for these orders will be 3× the original dress price.

Please note that minor alterations such as adding a lining, sewing on buttons, or similar finishing adjustments will not be counted toward the total number of alterations.

Examples of alterations that will be counted include(it is only example, as we have a lot of different changes options like custom cup size, additional sleeves and etc.):

  1. Raising the neckline.
  2. Closing a front or side slit.
  3. Closing the back of the dress.
  4. Changing the waistline to a V-shape.

A dress with these four alterations would be classified as a custom dress and priced accordingly.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions about whether a specific alteration qualifies, please feel free to reach out.

Recommended Retail Markup

Dear Customer,

To maintain consistent brand positioning and support sales, we kindly ask that our products be offered with a minimum retail markup of 2.5–3x the wholesale price.

Adhering to this pricing policy helps preserve the value of the brand, ensures fair competition among our partners, and supports long-term business growth for everyone involved.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Attention, important news - price changes!

Dear Partners,

We would like to inform you that starting from May 22, we will increase prices by 10% for all products from collections released before 2026, except Sirenity, White Edit, and La Femme collections.

This adjustment is necessary due to the significant increase in production-related costs since these collections were originally developed, including higher labor costs, increased transportation expenses for components delivery, and rising fabric prices.

We understand that some of your orders may not yet have been placed, therefore we would like to offer you one additional week to place orders at the current prices. Orders confirmed before May 22 will be processed according to the existing pricing. After May 22, the updated prices with a 10% increase will apply.

Thank you for your understanding and continued cooperation.
