The skirt and the overskirt are the highlight of the dress being layered and made of four different kinds of finest fabric: lace – creating the elegant basqued mermaid tail base, optionally covered by the over-skirt made of plisse mesh, tulle and mikado silk, creating a more voluminous silhouette.
