It’s not about the destination. It’s about the journey.
When you’re looking for an amazing and unique wedding venue, maybe New Zealand is the best place to search for it. New Zealand has some of the most beautiful environments in the world - dream beaches are right next to stunning mountains, ancient glaciers, volcanos, fjords and tropical rainforests with their inimitable wildlife. So there’s no better place to say “Yes” than in this unique environment. Couples who wish to get married in New Zealand will receive a unique marriage ceremony and can also enjoy their honeymoon close to their wedding.
With burgundy and olive tones, Rebecca Russell and Callum Day tied the knot in a wintry and intimate ceremony of love. They married on 11th of August 2018 in Hawke's Bay.
"My dad found my dress. Funnily enough he got on to Google and found Forever Bridal in Belfast, where I was to discover my dream dress. It took an hour to drive out there, but it was the second gown I tried on and we all knew it was perfect. It was a mermaid style, with a sweetheart neckline, embroidered lace with shoestring straps. It originally had a cathedral-length train, but I had it altered to be more manageable and understated. I accessorised with a veil that had diamanté edging and wore metallic Carvela heels and teardrop earrings."
There are a plenty of different possibilities for your wedding. If you prefer a small and intimate wedding, maybe a boutique vineyard or a lonely beach is the right one for you. However, if you plan a big celebration with a large number of family and friends, one of the amazing luxury lodges in New Zealand could be the ticket for you. But whatever your wedding plans in New Zealand look like, they will definitely be memorable!
